Engineering Manager (Infra)

JustMarkets is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering teams dedicated to building a high-performance trading platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery excellence, technical direction, and people leadership within a fast-paced, latency-sensitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and technical outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Senior Engineering leadership to translate complex business requirements into effective technical execution.
• Drive and evolve core engineering processes, including planning, CI/CD, code reviews, and release management.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure the high availability, performance, and observability of production systems.
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent while fostering a culture of ownership and results.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in an Engineering Manager role.
• Strong background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains.
• Deep understanding of backend systems and experience operating infrastructure across cloud environments.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.
• Solid knowledge of observability tools, including metrics, logging, and performance monitoring.
