Engineering Manager (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and spearhead our strategic initiative to significantly boost developer productivity through AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing hands-on technical guidance and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered coding tools to achieve substantial productivity gains and transform development practices.
• Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of SaaS application releases and hotfixes.
• Own the SDLC process, enforcing high coding standards, unit test coverage, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize team performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools and a proven track record of driving AI adoption within engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Experience managing distributed, remote teams across different time zones.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, software testing, and managing technical debt.
