Engineering Manager (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and spearhead our strategic initiative to revolutionize developer productivity through AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing hands-on technical guidance and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered coding tools to achieve significant productivity gains and transform development practices.
• Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery of SaaS application releases and hotfixes.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards for code quality, unit testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize team performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered coding tools and a proven track record of driving AI adoption.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server.
• Experience managing distributed, remote teams across different time zones.
• Deep understanding of DevOps practices, SDLC management, and software testing methodologies.
