Engineering Expert

micro1 is seeking highly skilled Engineering Experts to contribute their deep domain knowledge to a unique project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this fully remote role, you will apply your technical expertise to shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world engineering input.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex engineering documentation, including technical reports, design documents, and project analyses.
• Provide detailed written feedback, technical clarifications, and expert-level commentary on various engineering scenarios.
• Evaluate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of engineering submissions across multiple disciplines.
• Develop real-world engineering examples and problem sets to ensure AI models understand practical engineering contexts.
• Collaborate with the team to align deliverables with project milestones and share industry best practices.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in any engineering discipline such as mechanical, civil, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in producing technical reports, design documentation, or in-depth project analyses.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and precision.
• Background in presenting complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for supporting innovation in technology.
