Engagement Release Lead with Spanish

RITS Group is a dynamic IT company providing high-quality software development services for international markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Engagement Release Lead with Spanish language skills to join our team and drive successful project deliveries in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated project plan and dependency tracking across clients, external vendors, and delivery teams to proactively identify and mitigate delays.
• Lead end-to-end release management, including release planning, cutover activities, production deployment, and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cutover runbooks, rollback strategies, and conduct dress rehearsals to ensure full production readiness.
• Coordinate go-live readiness assessments, UAT sign-offs, defect resolution, and facilitate critical go/no-go decision-making processes.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, and budget forecasting, while leading steering committee meetings and coordinating distributed teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Delivery, Engagement Management, or Release Management within enterprise software implementations.
• Proven track record of leading at least two production go-lives, including cutover planning and rollback execution.
• Experience managing Salesforce implementation projects, with a preference for Service Cloud or Case Management expertise.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, external vendors, and offshore delivery teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead steering committees and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
