Engagement Manager, Eightfold

Groove Global LLC is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead successful client engagements within our growing Eightfold practice. This role is central to our project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring that all implementations are well-governed, effectively managed, and aligned with strategic client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Eightfold implementation and consulting engagements from project initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and project leadership.
• Own overall project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risks, issues, and quality management.
• Facilitate project governance activities, including kickoff meetings, status reporting, and steering committee discussions.
• Partner with functional and technical team members to establish project priorities and ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology implementation.
• 3+ years of experience leading enterprise technology implementation projects or client engagements.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS implementation methodologies and project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, scope, and complex cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
