Energy Procurement & Sustainability Assistant with Polish (student job)

E&C is a specialized consultancy firm dedicated to energy risk management, procurement, and sustainability solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated student fluent in Polish and English to join our international team and support our consultants in the Central European energy markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collecting, processing, and maintaining accurate client contract data.
• Gathering and confirming energy quotations from suppliers.
• Preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs) and updating project templates.
• Assisting consultants in responding to client queries and managing follow-up communications.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a degree in Energy, Environmental studies, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proactive mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
