Endpoint Security Consultant

We are looking for an EDR/XDR Security Consultant to support the deployment, adoption and optimization of endpoint security capabilities across complex IT and OT environments.

Responsibilities:

• Support the rollout of endpoint protection and EDR/XDR solutions across multiple locations and technical environments.

• Coordinate endpoint onboarding, agent deployment and coverage validation.

• Work with infrastructure, security and OT teams to resolve deployment blockers, compatibility issues and operational risks.

• Configure endpoint security policies, protection profiles and detection settings.

• Monitor agent health, deployment progress and endpoint visibility.

• Tune alerts, detection logic and security policies to improve protection while reducing unnecessary noise.

• Manage security exceptions in a controlled way, ensuring business needs are balanced with risk exposure.

• Investigate endpoint security alerts and deployment-related detection issues.

• Support incident response, threat hunting and telemetry improvement activities.

• Help improve endpoint visibility across workstations, servers and industrial environments.

• Prepare deployment playbooks, knowledge articles and operational documentation.

• Train local support teams and support readiness assessments before new site onboarding.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, threat protection or related cybersecurity areas.

• Strong hands-on experience with EDR/XDR platforms, preferably SentinelOne.

• Good understanding of Windows workstation and server security.

• Experience with endpoint protection in complex enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of OT endpoint protection or industrial environments would be a strong advantage.

• Experience in detection tuning, alert analysis, exception handling and security policy configuration.

• Understanding of threat hunting, incident response and endpoint telemetry.

• Ability to work with infrastructure, security, local support and OT teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.

• Fluent English, including technical and stakeholder-facing communication.
