End-to-end Systems Engineer

Creotech Instruments S.A. is seeking an experienced End-to-End Systems Engineer to oversee the technical integrity of complex space missions. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of space systems, ensuring seamless integration between spacecraft, payloads, and ground segments.

Key responsibilities

• Defining the overall system architecture and technical baseline for space missions.
• Translating complex mission needs into clear system-level requirements and allocating them across segments.
• Managing cross-segment interfaces to ensure end-to-end compatibility and performance.
• Leading system-level trade-offs, technical decision-making, and mission scenario development.
• Coordinating verification and validation processes while supporting design reviews and operational readiness.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering for complex space systems.
• Deep understanding of spacecraft, payload, and ground segment architectures.
• Proven expertise in requirements engineering, interface management, and system-level performance analysis.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ECSS, ISO 15288, or INCOSE.
• Experience working with major space agencies and systems with flight heritage.
