EMEA Finance Business Partner Silvus

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions company, is seeking a dynamic finance professional to join our International Finance team as an EMEA Finance Business Partner. This role serves as a strategic advisor to regional sales leadership, driving growth and profitability in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership to evaluate business performance and profitability.
• Drive financial discipline during bid and contracting phases by optimizing terms, conditions, and risk profiles.
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while tracking execution against key targets.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights for leadership.
• Support regional treasury and accounting teams to ensure compliance and manage financial risk.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably supporting technology sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency with exceptional communication skills at the leadership level.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complexity effectively.
• Technological agility with a willingness to leverage AI and emerging tools to optimize financial processes.
