EMEA Chief Commercial Officer

PaxeraHealth is a leading medical imaging platform developer, recognized for its innovative technology that automates clinical workflows and improves patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of objectives.
• Implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and infrastructure to support long-term organizational goals.
• Collaborate with the executive team and Board of Directors to align technology solutions with customer needs.
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles and nurture key partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading commercial operations and driving revenue growth within the EMEA region.
• Deep domain expertise in healthcare technology, specifically within medical imaging.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing, geographically distributed sales organizations.
• Strong experience in complex, consultative sales processes involving C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership on go-to-market strategies and contract negotiations.
