MGID is a leading global native advertising platform, and we are looking for a Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and develop our global communication strategy. You will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects, clients, and partners by building automated journeys, improving segmentation, and leveraging data to create scalable, relevant marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global email marketing strategy covering the entire customer lifecycle, from lead nurturing and activation to retention and reactivation.
- Build and optimize automated marketing workflows in HubSpot to ensure timely and relevant communication for both Advertiser and Publisher audiences.
- Define and monitor performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and engagement, while running structured A/B tests to optimize messaging and content.
- Develop granular audience segmentation based on behavioral signals, industry, and commercial potential to improve communication relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and regional teams to align lifecycle communication with broader business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within a B2B environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and campaign automation.
- Proven ability to build automated, trigger-based marketing journeys and nurture sequences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.
