Email Designer

Jobgether is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to join their team. In this role, you will craft visually striking email experiences, automated flows, and marketing assets that help direct-to-consumer brands strengthen customer relationships and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging email campaigns and layouts in Figma that balance strong aesthetics with marketing effectiveness.
• Create tailored email flows, pop-ups, and creative assets for WhatsApp and print communications.
• Utilize modern AI tools to streamline creative workflows and improve overall design efficiency.
• Ensure design consistency across all digital and print marketing materials for various brands.
• Collaborate directly with founders to contribute ideas that enhance creative output and client success.

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least one year of hands-on experience working with Figma.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for composition and digital user experiences.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to connect design decisions to marketing objectives.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
