You will leverage your practical background in electrical engineering and field operations to help shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world technical input.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and explain complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation.
- Review, annotate, and validate technical materials including equipment layouts, inspection reports, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate electrical troubleshooting scenarios and document analytical approaches based on industry best practices.
- Assess and clarify technical manuals and field operation guides to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality and collaborate asynchronously to share technical insights.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations.
- Experience interpreting and producing technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation.
- Strong background as an Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Maintenance Supervisor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- High attention to detail when working with visually dense technical documents.
