Key responsibilities
- Design and author graduate-level multiple-choice exam questions that maintain high academic rigor and authenticity.
- Develop detailed explanations and precise grading rubrics for each question to ensure consistent assessment standards.
- Review and validate the technical accuracy and pedagogical strength of AI-generated content related to complex electrical engineering concepts.
- Collaborate asynchronously with other subject matter experts to refine question quality and ensure clarity.
- Evaluate AI model outputs by providing nuanced feedback that highlights where models align with or diverge from human reasoning.
Requirements
- PhD or advanced Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with significant university-level teaching experience.
- Proven experience in authoring or reviewing graduate-level assessments, exams, or advanced coursework.
- Deep subject matter expertise in areas such as Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics, with a focus on Integrated Circuits.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a strong emphasis on clarity and academic precision.
