Electrical Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Design and curate high-quality multiple-choice questions within your specific area of electrical engineering expertise.
• Develop clear, concise explanations and detailed rubrics to ensure alignment with instructional design best practices.
• Review and validate the technical accuracy and pedagogical value of AI-generated content.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the team to refine question quality and uphold high subject matter standards.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance based on your professional domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Subject matter expertise in areas such as Analog Circuits, Digital Circuits, RF, or Power Electronics with a focus on Integrated Circuits.
• Proven experience in educational content creation, rubric design, or assessment development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality contributions within project milestones.
