micro1 is seeking an Electrical & Circuit Design Expert to contribute to a project focused on advancing AI capabilities within the field of electrical engineering. You will play a pivotal role in training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input and technical expertise to ensure models can accurately solve complex engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and solve advanced circuit design problems across analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, and RF domains.
- Review and assess AI-generated technical responses for accuracy, correctness, and overall engineering quality.
- Apply practical engineering judgment to real-world design scenarios and theoretical questions.
- Analyze and troubleshoot circuit types using industry-standard techniques such as node-voltage and small-signal analysis.
- Document feedback and provide clear explanations to enhance AI learning and performance.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, or a BS with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in circuit design, including hardware that has reached production or tape-out.
- Expert knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design, digital logic, power electronics, and RF/microwave systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex circuits using advanced modeling and timing analysis techniques.
- Professional English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
