Egg Sales / Trader - International (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, UAE)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Egg Trader to drive our international growth and manage complex supply chain relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and suppliers across international markets.
• Source and broker eggs from internal and external inventories to meet global demand.
• Drive new business development across wholesale, retail, and foodservice sectors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics to identify arbitrage opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive, proven experience in sales or trading within eggs, produce, or related commodities.
• Existing book of business with established supplier and customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the international food supply chain, logistics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
