EDI Mapping Specialist - with e-invoicing (f/m/d)

As part of Vertex, Inc., we are dedicated to creating seamless connections through technology and are looking for a skilled EDI Mapping Specialist to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Working on EDI and e-invoicing projects, from initial implementation to ongoing support.
• Analysing and creating convertible data formats and protocols to simplify data exchange for our customers.
• Supporting the team in initiating and managing various customer projects.
• Solving technical problems within an organized structure, utilizing clean documentation and ticketing systems.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in Integration Engineering to ensure high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with structured data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
• Proficiency with mapping tools like Altova MapForce, Seeburger BIS, or Lobster.
• Experience implementing e-invoicing country regulations into mapping structures.
• Strong verbal and written technical English skills.
• A strong team orientation, commitment, and the drive to learn new technologies.
