eCW Business Systems Analyst

NeueHealth is a value-driven healthcare company dedicated to providing high-quality, coordinated care across various health programs. We are currently seeking an experienced eCW Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing our eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Record and Practice Management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business analyst for eClinicalWorks EHR and Practice Management workflows, acting as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while recommending process improvements using eCW functionality.
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of eCW modules, templates, order sets, forms, and reports.
• Analyze system issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolutions while documenting functional specifications and test scripts.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training, guidance, and support to end users on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Clinical Systems Analyst, or Healthcare IT Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks EHR and/or Practice Management systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and ambulatory practice operations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
