Ecosystem Engineer

Ritual is building a sovereign execution layer for AI, creating the first blockchain custom-built to support AI-native operations. As an Ecosystem Engineer, you will be at the forefront of emerging AI and blockchain technologies, building compelling proof-of-concepts that showcase the capabilities of our platform and inspire developers to build the next generation of AI-native applications.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ecosystem growth experiments to optimize developer onboarding and product adoption.
• Build exciting proof-of-concepts that demonstrate Ritual's capabilities using the latest frameworks and tools.
• Rapidly prototype and validate new integration patterns as novel AI and blockchain technologies emerge.
• Create reference implementations, sample applications, and tutorials that make it easy for partners to get started.
• Drive technical partnerships by building demos that highlight unique integration possibilities.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation with expertise in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Solidity and EVM smart contract development.
• Deep understanding of the AI and blockchain ecosystem, including autonomous agent frameworks and AI orchestration tools.
• Proficiency with web3 development tools and libraries such as Ethers, Viem, and Foundry.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, validate new technologies, and ship user-facing products.
