EAM Business Analyst / Tester

Jobgether is seeking an experienced EAM Business Analyst / Tester to join a major project for a pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will act as a vital link between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that Enterprise Asset Management solutions are effectively implemented and validated to support efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for the EAM platform.
• Develop structured test cases and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to verify system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to identify, report, and resolve defects.
• Maintain procedural documentation and support end-users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a combined Business Analyst and Tester role.
• Solid understanding of MRO processes within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with EAM or CMMS platforms.
• Proven ability to design and execute test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
