E2E Process Architect

DCG is a recruitment company dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with dynamic business environments. We are currently seeking an E2E Process Architect to join our team and drive process excellence across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence and continuous improvement across key value streams within and beyond the Business Hub.
• Define and maintain process architecture principles, standards, and documentation frameworks.
• Develop and execute process improvement roadmaps aligned with industrialization priorities.
• Partner with senior process owners to drive standardization and harmonization of processes.
• Ensure process designs provide clear input to solution design by translating business needs into functional capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process excellence, process architecture, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process models such as O2C, P2P, or S2P within shared services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable value creation and experience in matrix environments.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
