E-learning/IT Specialist Consultant

Project Soar is seeking an experienced E-learning/IT Specialist Consultant to design and build a digital capacity-building platform for the BIGGER Écoles project. This initiative aims to empower civil society organizations and school administrators in Morocco by providing a structured, mobile-friendly learning pathway to promote human rights and prevent underage marriage.

Key responsibilities

• Build a dedicated, intuitive learning platform page on the Project Soar website with sequential modules and progress tracking.
• Integrate diverse training materials, including video capsules, simulations, downloadable guides, and annexes.
• Ensure full mobile responsiveness and accessibility for users with limited digital experience.
• Implement a secure user access system and proof-of-completion functionality for modules.
• Provide technical support during the pilot phase and deliver comprehensive handover documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building e-learning platforms or structured training websites.
• Ability to organize complex content, including videos and documents, into a clear, user-friendly learning pathway.
• Strong technical skills in web development with a focus on mobile responsiveness and intuitive navigation.
• Fluency in Arabic for platform labeling, navigation, and content management.
• Availability to meet the project timeline, including support during the pilot phase.
