E-commerce Technical Assistant (AI & Shopify)

Foxelli Group is looking for a tech-savvy E-commerce Technical Assistant to support our IT operations and help manage our growing portfolio of D2C brands. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, maintaining system automations, and ensuring our e-commerce infrastructure runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify apps, including installation, configuration, and quarterly audits.
• Build and maintain Shopify Flow automations for order tagging, segmentation, and alerts.
• Maintain and extend scripts connecting Shopify, Google Sheets, and other tools using Google Apps Script and REST APIs.
• Oversee access management, including provisioning, revoking access, and maintaining security protocols.
• Manage SaaS subscriptions, track costs, and optimize our software stack.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Shopify administration and Flow.
• Ability to read, debug, and maintain Google Apps Scripts and work with REST APIs.
• Strong AI literacy with the ability to prompt, iterate, and verify AI-generated code.
• Experience with subscription platforms like Recharge.
• Excellent documentation skills and clear communication in English.
• Availability for at least 5 hours within the EET (UTC+2/UTC+3) time zone.
