E-commerce Payments Team Lead

Impact Brands is a prominent leader in the health and wellness industry, managing a diverse portfolio of seven brands dedicated to improving lives globally. We are currently seeking a remote E-commerce Payments Team Lead to join our growing team and help us continue our mission of positively impacting millions of people.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams, providing guidance and performance management to ensure all KPIs are met.
• Manage daily operations, including efficient chargeback case processing and accurate payment processing for accounts receivable.
• Analyze payment trends to provide actionable insights to management and identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure all payment handling adheres to processor regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies.
• Handle complex escalations and mitigate financial risks by working cross-functionally to address root causes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the banking sector or payment processing industry.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement effective process improvements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to foster a high-performing team environment.
