Dynatrace Technical Lead

Andersen is seeking a Dynatrace Technical Lead to join a project focused on implementing observability solutions for a major financial institution. You will be responsible for designing and executing a monitoring pilot to enhance system visibility, performance, and reliability within a complex banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing Dynatrace environments and define the architecture for the Cash Loan monitoring pilot.
• Configure Dynatrace components, including OneAgent and ActiveGate, across Azure and AKS workloads.
• Set up comprehensive dashboards, anomaly detection, alerts, and end-to-end transaction monitoring.
• Define tagging conventions, access rules, and environment separation strategies.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions for operational teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in application performance monitoring or observability.
• Strong hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring Dynatrace.
• Proven experience with Azure, containerized applications, and Kubernetes environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed tracing.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
