Dynamics BC Consultant

Click IT Group is seeking a skilled Dynamics BC Consultant to join our team and help clients optimize their business processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will play a key role in the full implementation lifecycle, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate business needs into effective Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Configure and customize the Business Central environment to meet specific client requirements.
• Manage implementation and migration projects, covering everything from initial requirements gathering to final go-live.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to design extensions, integrations, and custom technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to end-users.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, particularly in finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in direct client interaction and team coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a good command of English.
