Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant

Itransition is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in implementing and configuring supply chain management solutions for our global clients, ensuring that business processes are optimized and automated effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM modules based on specific customer requirements.
• Analysis of complex business processes to propose and deliver optimal automation solutions.
• Conducting user training sessions, presentations, and seminars to ensure system adoption.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement new requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Strong understanding of core business processes within supply chain management.
• Proven ability to configure D365 SCM modules and optimize existing business workflows.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher for effective communication.
• Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a significant advantage.
