Dynamics 365 Project Manager (F&SCM)

Itransition is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM projects. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that technical solutions align perfectly with our clients' business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation through to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and architects.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 F&SCM or ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations processes within D365.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional, and multi-national teams.
