Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant

Itransition is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of core functional expertise and hands-on experience in building and maintaining automated regression tests to ensure high-quality system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure D365 F&O modules and prepare comprehensive functional documentation including process flows and user manuals.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, manage defect triage, and provide post-go-live support.
• Record business processes using Task Recorder and maintain regression test suites using RSAT.
• Manage test plans in Azure DevOps and keep test suites updated in response to Microsoft's continuous release cycle.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience as a D365 F&O or Dynamics AX Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of at least one core module such as Finance, SCM, or Production.
• Hands-on experience with RSAT, Task Recorder, and Azure DevOps for defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of regression testing principles and data parameterization using Excel.
• Fluent English and the ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to adapt to new test automation platforms as the industry evolves.
