Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, German speaking

Jobgether is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join an international consulting environment. In this fully remote role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex business needs into effective CRM solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with German-speaking business stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough business process analysis and fit-gap assessments to optimize sales and customer service workflows.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs for implementation teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, coordinate business feedback, and guide stakeholders through the final solution sign-off process.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to programme leadership in English.

Requirements

• Approximately 6–7 years of experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Fluent German language skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and produce professional documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills for international collaboration and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, resolve conflicting requirements, and work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
