About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will play a hands-on role in designing, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business transformation for private equity-backed organizations. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable, user-friendly CRM solutions.

This is a highly technical, delivery-focused position that blends consulting, configuration, and development expertise — ideal for professionals who are equally comfortable discussing architecture and building custom solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or related modules).
  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs that leverage out-of-the-box functionality and custom development where needed.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations using Power Platform and Azure components.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware, or data pipelines.
  • Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports to optimize user experience and data visibility.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-deployment support to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure data consistency and integration across platforms.
  • Apply strong hands-on technical skills to troubleshoot and optimize existing CRM environments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and technical specifications for ongoing maintenance and governance.

Who You Are

We’re looking for high-caliber professionals who meet the minimum requirements for the role and share our values and mindset.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform solutions.
  • Proficient in Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of customization and configuration, including entities, forms, business rules, workflows, and security models.
  • Skilled in developing custom code using C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or middleware tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Solid understanding of CRM data models and relational data design.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or Dynamics 365 certification nice to have.
