DORA Data Governance Consultant

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a DORA Data Governance Consultant to support critical data governance and regulatory compliance activities. This role focuses on ensuring high data quality, traceability, and effective management of the DORA Register of Information (RoI) while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Document and suggest data governance procedures and standards for the Third-Party ICT Agreement register and the DORA regulatory traceability matrix.
• Monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness for regulatory reporting requirements.
• Map essential data, including entities using ICT services and the mapping of ICT applications to business products and services.
• Oversee data management processes, including data ingestion, storage, and retrieval, while tracking data lineage to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide ongoing data-related support.

Requirements

• Proven experience with collecting and populating the DORA Register of Information (RoI).
• Practical knowledge of the Implementing Technical Standard (ITS) regarding the RoI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
• Intermediate experience with Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query, and designing interactive reports for management.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance principles, such as encryption and access control.
