Documentation Engineer II - Poland

Storyblok is a headless CMS that enables marketers and developers to create with joy and publish with confidence. As a Documentation Engineer II, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and guides that empower our global community of developers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers and customers understand our platform capabilities and implement headless architectures.
• Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and comprehensive API documentation.
• Develop sample applications and code prototypes to showcase the flexibility and power of the Storyblok platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve blockers and provide mentorship in an empathetic and respectful manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong background in technical writing.
• Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and working experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue, React, Next, or Nuxt.
• Proven ability to assume the user's perspective to convey complex technical information clearly and comprehensively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset, including AI literacy to enhance productivity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
