Documentation Engineer II - Europe

Storyblok is a headless CMS that empowers developers and marketers to create and manage content with ease. As a Documentation Engineer II, you will play a vital role in shaping how our users interact with our platform by creating high-quality technical content and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation to support our users.
• Develop sample applications and prototypes that showcase the flexibility and power of the Storyblok platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and effectively addresses user needs.
• Mentor teammates and provide guidance to help resolve technical blockers and improve overall team output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proven experience in technical writing and creating comprehensive documentation.
• Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to work independently and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and documentation quality.
