DMS Product Manager

emagine Polska is seeking a dedicated DMS Product Manager to oversee Dealer Management Solutions across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of platforms serving over 60,000 users by aligning product strategy with market needs and managing complex development roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the DMS Product Director.
• Conduct thorough market, competitor, and customer analysis to drive product evolution.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing development tasks to balance innovation and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the team, defining performance objectives and identifying professional development needs.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and successful pilot phases.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with automotive business processes and DMS solutions.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and monitor performance.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective cross-cultural communication.
