Dispute Agent with German

Join Stanley Black & Decker as a Dispute Agent with German and become a key part of our global Credit and Collections team. You will manage the end-to-end dispute process for our customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring high-quality service and effective financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve OTC disputes for German-speaking customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform deduction analysis and investigate root causes of non-payment.
• Prepare and process credit notes in accordance with internal procedures.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure effective resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance dispute handling efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in disputes, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or a similar finance operations role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify appropriate resolutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, evolving environment.
