Dispatcher IT Specialist (Delivery Team)

emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer to join our delivery team. You will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and deploying client-specific solutions within the Blue Yonder Dispatcher platform, ensuring high standards of performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Jaspersoft reports to meet operational and business requirements.
• Create and modify Merge Rules and RDT Rules within the Blue Yonder Dispatcher environment.
• Develop and optimize advanced PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages for custom functionality.
• Support environment migrations across Test, UAT, and Production while ensuring full compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to provide technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher or Dispatcher WMS solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jaspersoft Reporting and Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Merge Rules and RDT Rules.
• Solid background in supporting application migrations within large enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.
