DIS-18087 Hiring Remote Regulatory Manager

Distro is seeking an experienced Regulatory Manager or Senior Regulatory Manager to join our Marketing Review Services team. This leadership role focuses on providing expert guidance in food and dietary supplement compliance, labeling, and claims review for a diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive regulatory reviews of product labels, packaging, marketing materials, websites, and advertising claims.
• Evaluate claim substantiation and ensure full compliance with FDA, FTC, and other relevant industry regulations.
• Review formulas, ingredient specifications, SOPs, and quality documentation to maintain high compliance standards.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to support product development initiatives and client due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive the growth and development of the Marketing Review Services department.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or Compliance within the food or dietary supplement industries.
• At least 8 years of direct experience in reviewing and approving food and dietary supplement labeling and claims.
• Advanced knowledge of FDA food labeling regulations, specifically 21 CFR Part 101, and regulatory risk evaluation.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex regulatory concepts to various stakeholders.
