Director, Workday & HRIS

Computrition, Inc. is seeking a Global HRIS Director to lead the support, development, and implementation of human resources technology strategies. This role is pivotal in managing our Workday environment, ensuring that our HR systems align with global business needs and divisional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally, collaborating with other tenant owners to ensure effective governance and alignment with divisional goals.
• Oversee configuration decisions, integrations, and enhancements while maintaining HR data integrity through regular system audits and reconciliation.
• Partner with HR functional leads to identify process improvements, prioritize requirements, and leverage Workday functionality to increase efficiency.
• Lead strategic planning for the shared Workday tenant, ensuring compliance and consistency across global operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and stay informed on Workday release cycles to drive roadmap alignment and future functionality.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in HR technology leadership, with proven expertise in managing Workday within a multinational organization.
• Workday Pro certification in HCM modules, such as Talent, Performance Management, or Advanced Compensation.
• Strong functional expertise in business process design, data transmission, and system troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex global initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and simplifying complex processes.
