Director of VIP

Duelbits is a crypto-native entertainment platform spanning casino and sportsbook, built for players who live online and move fast. We are looking for a Director of VIP to own and define our VIP function end-to-end, carrying full accountability for portfolio performance, proposition design, and long-term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global VIP portfolio with accountability for revenue, retention, LTV, and incentive efficiency.
• Define and evolve the VIP strategy, including segmentation, tiers, benefits, and engagement logic across all products.
• Lead and develop a 9-person team, establishing clear KPIs, operating workflows, and a culture of commercial accountability.
• Collaborate with CRM, product, and marketing teams to scale the VIP portfolio and ensure consistent communication.
• Define frameworks for converting partnerships and sponsorships into exclusive, tangible VIP value and experiences.
• Establish real-time monitoring and governance processes around incentives, risk, and player treatment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles within the iGaming industry.
• Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios with direct commercial accountability.
• Strong analytical and strategic capability with the confidence to make high-impact decisions under uncertainty.
• Deep understanding of competitive VIP landscapes and high-value player behavior.
• Experience building and leading teams while defining effective operating models.
