Colibri Group is a leader in online professional education, serving over one million learners annually. We are seeking a Director of Treasury to serve as our senior treasury leader, responsible for managing liquidity, leverage, and the long-term financial health of our growing enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and improve the 13-week rolling cash flow forecast, including visibility into receivables, payables, and capital expenditures.
- Manage enterprise working capital and liquidity, including free cash flow initiatives and scenario planning.
- Oversee debt and lender compliance, including covenant calculations and leverage ratios.
- Partner with the CFO on lender relationships, investor relations, and executive-level financial reporting.
- Direct treasury operations, including banking relationships, payment solutions, and interest-rate hedging.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building or significantly improving treasury processes in a mid-market or large enterprise.
- Direct experience managing debt, liquidity, and lender compliance within complex capital structures.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CFA, or CTP designation is preferred.
