Director of Sales

Tracker Products is a mission-driven company providing cloud-based evidence management software to law enforcement agencies. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our revenue growth, build a repeatable pipeline engine, and coach our sales team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive overall pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales execution across the team.
• Serve as the primary sales leader, participating in discovery calls, demos, and strategic customer conversations.
• Lead select enterprise and strategic deals in partnership with the CEO.
• Define and enforce clear qualification criteria and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Lead SDR-driven outbound pipeline generation efforts and develop target account strategies.
• Coach and develop SDRs and Account Executives on qualification, deal strategy, and execution.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching sales teams in a player/coach capacity.
• Strong outbound and pipeline-building expertise in low-inbound environments.
• Experience operating effectively in growth-stage or early-stage company settings.
• Strong forecasting, qualification, and pipeline management discipline.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to operate in changing or ambiguous environments.
