Director of ERP Integrations

BLP Digital is a rapidly growing enterprise AI company that is redefining ERP automation through agentic AI. We are looking for a Director of ERP Integrations to lead and scale our engineering team, managing a mature portfolio of over 30 live ERP integrations while driving technical excellence and innovation across our global customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the engineering team from 10 to 50 members by hiring, structuring squads, and developing team leads.
• Define the technical architecture and standards for diverse integration patterns, including on-premise connectors, REST APIs, and file-based exchanges.
• Establish robust documentation, engineering processes, and knowledge-sharing frameworks to maintain high quality at scale.
• Represent BLP in technical discussions with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs and enterprise architects.
• Master the fragmented US ERP landscape to turn integration capabilities into a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software or integration engineering, with a proven track record of leading and scaling teams beyond 20 people.
• Deep, hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Oracle NetSuite, or JD Edwards.
• Strong expertise in various integration patterns and data mapping to canonical models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with senior technical leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, standards, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
