Director of Artificial Intelligence

OneMagnify is an AI-native, platform-enabled B2B digital agency operating at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity. We are seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our strategic AI vision, overseeing the development and deployment of advanced solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the organization's AI vision and translate it into a prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI models, including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional engineering teams while fostering an environment of continuous learning and experimentation.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to embed AI capabilities into client engagements across Martech and Adtech.
• Define and enforce ethical guidelines and governance processes to ensure AI solutions are transparent, fair, and compliant.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading AI and machine learning initiatives with a track record of deploying large-scale solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI frameworks.
• Proven ability to bridge technical work and business strategy, communicating complex concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi-tiered technical teams, including managers and technical leads.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience.
