Caribou is a global, remote-first consultancy working at the intersection of technology, inclusion, and impact. We are seeking a Director of Measurement & Impact to lead a multidisciplinary team, manage a diverse portfolio of projects, and drive our strategic approach to evaluation and evidence synthesis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead M&I projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring high technical and editorial quality.
- Steward client relationships, manage commercial health, and identify opportunities for business development.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Develop practice assets, including methodological notes and service standards, to elevate our team's capabilities.
- Represent Caribou in external forums and networks to strengthen our presence and impact in the sector.
Requirements
- Over 12 years of experience in measurement, evaluation, and learning within international development or impact-oriented fields.
- Proven track record in managing client portfolios, winning proposals, and delivering high-stakes projects.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing teams in remote or multi-country environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a hands-on approach to both strategy and project execution.
