Director, HRBP - International

AG1 is seeking a strategic Director, HRBP - International to partner with leaders across our global markets, spanning Europe through APAC. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into effective people strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture while ensuring operational excellence across diverse international regions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for international markets, providing coaching and guidance to senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and execute people strategies covering organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Navigate complex international employment practices and local regulatory requirements to ensure consistent and compliant people operations.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders in maintaining high levels of team engagement and productivity.
• Collaborate with global People team functions to deliver integrated solutions in total rewards, talent acquisition, and learning and development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant expertise as an HR Business Partner or senior People leader.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple international markets, specifically across Europe and APAC.
• Strong working knowledge of international employment laws and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organization.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-informed approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
