Director, Global Facilities

Kraken Robotics is seeking a Director, Global Facilities to lead the strategic planning, operation, and governance of our global facilities portfolio. This remote role is essential in ensuring our offices, manufacturing sites, and warehouses support our long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global facilities strategy aligned with business growth and manufacturing capacity requirements.
• Oversee the organization's global real estate and lease portfolio, including lease negotiations and market assessments.
• Manage the delivery of facility and infrastructure capital projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Ensure all facilities are safe, compliant, and capable of supporting complex manufacturing, testing, and engineering environments.
• Build and lead a high-performing global facilities function, establishing clear standards and accountability across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing industrial, engineering, or technical facilities across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated success in leading capital projects, facility expansions, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Strong ability to build and manage budgets, business cases, and long-term facility strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline.
