Director, Enterprise IT

Airalo is the world's first eSIM store, helping millions of travelers access affordable mobile data in over 200 countries. We are a fully remote, global team united by a mission to make travel simpler, and we are looking for a Director, Enterprise IT to build and lead a new function that will shape our corporate technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IT Operations team, setting priorities for service desk performance, endpoint management, and identity/SSO controls.
• Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, managing implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and structure an Enterprise Applications team to manage corporate tooling and SaaS renewals.
• Establish IT general controls, audit evidence, and disaster recovery processes for corporate systems.
• Partner with business functions to transition from decentralized tool ownership to a centrally governed, scalable model.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in an IT or enterprise applications function within a scaling business.
• Proven track record of leading ERP implementations from the owner's side, including managing systems integrators.
• Experience running IT operations, including service desk, MDM, and identity management in a SaaS-first environment.
• Strong ability to build and operate IT controls and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.
